Seattle-based chef and author Joel Gamoran spent a day at Krainick Dairy in Enumclaw, Washington, to see firsthand how the farm sustains resources and repurposes food waste from local restaurants, breweries, and bakeries. Joel also had fun cooking up chili and cornbread featuring locally sourced ingredients.
