Easy (and cheesy) Pizza Cheese Crisps

These homemade “crackers” are quick and easy to make, using a blend of Washington cheeses and pepperoni to satisfying those pizza cravings without the guilt. Oh, and did we mention they’re Keto-friendly? You’re welcome.

Pizza Cheese Crisps

Makes about 50 crisps
  • 1½ cups grated Ferndale Asiago Cheese (4oz)
  • ½ cup grated Golden Glen Parmesan Cheese (2oz)
  • ⅓ cup finely diced pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder


  1. Preheat oven to 375℉.
  2. Combine ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Place 1 tsp mixture in each muffin cup.
  4. Bake until crisp, 10 minutes.
  5. Cool 5 minutes
  6. Transfer to paper towel to drain.
  7. Serve.
