Maple Apple Butter Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients:

For the oatmeal:

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp apple butter

 

Toppings:

Directions:
  1. In a saucepan add oats, milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Bring to a low simmer and cook oatmeal until desired consistency.
  2. Pour oatmeal mixture into your bowl and mix in tbsp of apple butter.
  3. Add your toppings of yogurt, almond butter, granola, and fruit. Enjoy!
