For Schools’ Sake—Help Us Feed Our Nation’s Kids!

With at least 124,000 U.S. schools closed and a growing number of students facing food insecurity, dairy farmers in Washington and across the nation and several other organizations are helping to ensure school nutrition personnel have the equipment needed to provide grab-and-go meals to students.

On March 30th, GENYOUth launched an immediate COVID-19 school nutrition fund and campaign, For Schools’ Sake — Help Us Feed Our Nation’s Kids! We are on a time-sensitive mission to raise funds and awareness of the campaign and are asking for your help whether you are able to contribute financially or spread the word on social media.

GENYOUth will provide $3,000 grants to schools to purchase supplies for meal distribution and delivery. Equipment includes soft-sided coolers, bags and containers for individual servings, sanitation and safety protective gear, and breakfast and travel carts for transporting meals.
