First you’ll need some butter. You can pick some up from the store or make your own from local cream by following these steps.
Mix ½ cup of softened butter with:
• ½ Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
• ½ Tbsp. fresh chopped rosemary
• ½ Tbsp. fresh chopped thyme
• 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
Spread on a slice of fresh whole grain bread.
Mix ½ cup of softened butter with:
• ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
• 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped rosemary
• ½ tsp. salt
Melt and pour over freshly popped popcorn.
Mix ½ cup of softened butter with:
• 1 Tbsp. honey
• 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped sage
• 1 Tbsp. fresh finely chopped lavender
Serve with a warm muffin or scone.
