Crepes with Blueberry Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cup AP flour
- 2 egg
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- A little of vanilla extract
Ingredients:
1. Mix ingredients together.
2. Lightly butter of oil the pan.
3. Put the crepe batter on the pan, working your way from the middle and out.
4. Let crepe cook till bottom is slightly brown.
For the sauce:
1. Combine blueberries, water and sugar in a small saucepan. Let it boil and simmer and keep stirring.
2. Add cornstarch and stir it till dissolved.
3. Continue to simmer and stir till sauce thickens.
