It all starts with milk. It’s nutritious and delicious, and it makes yogurt and cheese (and so much more) that can’t be beat. No wonder people have been enjoying milk for 10,000 years and counting. Milk does a great job of supplying essential nutrients, naturally. Such a great job, in fact, that the US Department of Agriculture and the US Department of Health and Human Services recognize milk and milk products as one of the five major food groups, and recommends them for young and old alike.
