Cheese Tuile with Gyoza​

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 c. (200 g) water​
  • 21/8 c. (40 g) flour
  • 1/2 c. (130 g) oil​
  • 1/8 c. (40 g) shredded cheese​

Cheese Tuile with Gyoza

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 c. (200 g) water​
  • 21/8 c. (40 g) flour
  • 1/2 c. (130 g) oil​
  • 1/8 c. (40 g) shredded cheese​
Directions:
  1. Cut cheese.
  2. Grate cheese in a bowl.
  3. Add flour to grated cheese.
  4. Add oil and water to the mix.
  5. Whisk firmly for about a minute.
  6. Place Gyoza on hot pan, add mix, and cover pan with a lid.
  7. Remove from pan when cheese is crispy and enjoy!
